Platform Use

Pros are responsible for their own customers, services, pricing, compliance, taxes, refunds, and business operations.

Subscription fees, add-on user fees, and platform charges are billed according to the selected plan and any applicable usage.

Connected Pros may use Stripe Connect to accept payments. Service Tooly may charge platform fees where configured.

The platform is provided as a software tool and does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.
